What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is diamond, the same material as a mined diamond, grown in a controlled environment instead of mined. Every center stone in our collection is lab-grown and comes with an IGI grading report.
How long does an engagement ring take?
Rings from our collection are made to order in about 3 weeks after you choose the shape, carat, quality and gold. Fully custom designs are quoted case by case.
Can I put an engagement ring on layaway?
Yes. GOLDZENN layaway starts with a 5% deposit and monthly payments, and the plan must be completed within 12 months. Layaway payments are not refunded in cash; a cancelled plan becomes store credit. Read the layaway terms before you start.
Do you offer financing?
Pay over time with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay: 0% APR plans for those who qualify, subject to approval. The options are shown at checkout (ways to pay).
What if she wants a different size?
Rings from our Engagement Rings collection include one free resize within 60 days and can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unresized and unengraved. You choose 100% store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (maximum $400). Custom and engraved rings are final sale. Full terms: Section 3A.
