GOLDZENN: LAYAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

WELCOME TO GOLDZENN'S LAYAWAY PROGRAM!

At GOLDZENN, we offer a convenient layaway plan to help you purchase your desired jewelry. Here is an overview of our Layaway Terms & Conditions:

Initial Deposit

The initial minimum deposit is 5% of the total value of your order. This deposit secures your item, and it will be removed from our available inventory. Layaway deposits and payments are not refundable in cash; if a layaway is cancelled or not completed, all payments made convert to GOLDZENN store credit (see Cancellation below).

Payment Schedule

Recurring payments are made monthly, on the calendar date of your original purchase, until the balance is paid in full. Payments can be made through our online payment portal, by credit/debit card, or by other accepted payment methods. Layaway plans must be completed within twelve (12) months of the initial deposit.

Market-Based Pricing

GOLDZENN's prices are tied to live precious-metal markets, and layaway pricing is subject to market adjustments. This applies in particular to handmade pieces from our Cuban Link Collection: the remaining balance will reflect current market pricing, and the final price depends on the gold market at the time of your final payment. If gold or silver prices increase during the layaway period, the remaining balance adjusts upward; if prices decrease, the customer benefits. See Section 11 of our Return & Refund Policy for the governing terms.

Failure to Pay

If a scheduled payment is missed, the customer has a grace period of 14 days from the missed payment date to bring the plan current. If payment is not made within the grace period, the layaway plan is cancelled and all payments made will be converted to GOLDZENN store credit, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

Cancellation

You may cancel a layaway plan at any time by contacting us at contact@goldzenn.com or (321) 521-4651. Upon cancellation, all payments made will be converted to GOLDZENN store credit, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. No cash refunds are issued for layaway payments under any circumstances.

Delivery

Once the final payment is made and the total purchase price is paid in full, GOLDZENN will ship the item(s) (shipping costs are not included in the layaway program and may be payable by the customer) or make them available for pickup.

Products Not Eligible for Layaway

Watches.

GOLDZENN stores all layaway products separately. No interest or service charges apply. By proceeding with a layaway purchase you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Section 11 of our Return & Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict.
