This Shipping Policy describes how GOLDZENN (GoldZenn LLC) handles the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through goldzenn.com. All orders ship from our facility in Miami, Florida.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically processed and shipped within approximately 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Made-to-Order Items: Estimated production time of approximately 4–6 weeks before shipping. Production times may vary based on complexity, materials availability, and order volume. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via major carriers including, but not limited to, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. GOLDZENN reserves the right to select the carrier best suited for each order.
Shipping rates vary based on order value, weight, and selected shipping method. Available options include expedited (typically 2–3 business days after shipment) and overnight delivery. All rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you will be charged. GOLDZENN does not currently offer free shipping.
Delivery time estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GOLDZENN is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
International Shipping
GOLDZENN ships to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, and other countries. International availability may vary. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the shipment being returned to GOLDZENN at the customer’s expense.
Shipment Protection & Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after shipping confirmation for tracking to become active.
GOLDZENN takes measures to protect shipments during transit, including carrier insurance or shipment protection where available. We use secure packaging appropriate for precious metal jewelry. For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required at GOLDZENN’s discretion for higher-value orders.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Report within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue.

- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

Order Modifications
To change a shipping address or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes before shipment will be accommodated where possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed and any additional carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, GOLDZENN provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping any return. For complete return eligibility and instructions, see our Return & Refund Policy.
