I will begin by saying I'm a pain in the butt customer. A tough negotiator and demand top quality, great service and a phenomenal deal. I bought a chain from Goldzenn. A solid gold 4mm. Was not happy at all with the chain. Goldzenn accepted the chain back to exchange for a 5mm 22" chain. Again after putting it on with my pendant I was not happy. Even though Goldzenn policy is a single return they accepted the return and gave me a 5mm solid gold 24" chain. It fits perfectly and I am now happy. Goldzenn went above and beyond to please me. Although I have friends in NYC Diamond district I will make all further jewelry purchases from Goldzenn. They earned my trust and my business.

I purchased a 14mm 28" cuban link chain and the 9" 14mm bracelet to match, both are .950 Silver from GoldZenn. As they warned it took about 2-3 weeks for them to handcraft it, but once it was ready to ship I received it in 3 days. Miami to Massachusetts. Not bad at all! I researched and shopped around for the right jeweler and GoldZenn is it! I highly recommend them! I'm impressed with my set, even the boxes they came in!! The set is heavy duty and durable (14mm) The craftsmanship of the links are perfect and it's got shine!!

She was able to find a piece for me that wasn't listed on the website, was shipped that same day, and I received it in 2 days at my door. Quality is incredible. The moissanite cuban i ordered hits harder than my natural diamond pendant. I already have plans for several more purchases.

Bought a 8mm sliver Cuban link chain from another trusted jeweler and wasn't happy with the quality. Went to GOLDZENN and the owner Julio confirmed it. He happily helped me out and got me right with one of his 10mm 26 inch silver chains. The quality is above and beyond the other place. I will definitely be going back to GOLDZENN. Julio and his team are super nice, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. If you want the best but don't want to travel all the way to downtown go see Julio and his team over at GOLDZENN!!!

Ordered a 13mm/8.5" cuban bracelet (10k). Quality craftsmanship. Perfect snap everytime on the box lock! I only wish they would offer more for returning customers. Still a 5 star review worthy.

Outstanding experience with Goldzenn, Julio has a great operation going in their new location and high quality products to offer. Moises is a great salesman who takes his time to show you their product line and what they have to offer. I went physically to the store to check out their Cuban link chains and to compare their sizes and metal color differences. I ordered a 10k 22in 10mm rose gold Cuban and it came out immaculate. The chain passes a straight test as many call it and the links are clean and tight. The box lock is very solid and in 10k should be able to last the test of time. Moises was in contact the whole time ensuring I had all the info I needed and the chain was done earlier than expected and received it 2 business days later via ups to Orlando in its very well packed parcel. I took a chance with GoldZenn due to working with 2 other Miami Cuban Makers that are pretty heavy hitters in the game. The communication back and forth was easy and fluid. The time from placing the order to arriving to my house was 5 weeks and 4 days which is pretty quick considering a custom piece and most places are 10-18 weeks. But the most important part is the end result and they absolutely delivered. The file to me is a mixture of traditional and modern. The links are tight but not obnoxious tight. The homemade box like is freaking awesome, it's strong, great click when locking. It's stunning and even my gf was impressed and it takes a lot to impress her. Again, I have owned pieces (chains and bracelets) from two other establishments and Goldzenn IMHO is right at the top. I will be doing business in the future for a rose gold chain for the lady and upgrading the bracelet and chain to an even higher K in the future. Ik they don't get as much attention but if you want a Quality piece- and I do mean quality, give Goldzenn a try- you will not be disappointed!
