How do I know if the jewelry I'm buying is real gold?
Our gold jewelry shows the type and grade of the gold used to make it. Only 14k, 18k, and 10k gold and fine silver (for silver jewelry) are used in our jewelry.
Is the jewelry certified?
Yes, most gold jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the kind and purity of gold or silver used, as well as weight and measurements. This certificate guarantees that the jewelry you're buying is real and may be used for insurance or resale.
Do you sell authentic watches?
Every watch we sell is genuine and comes with a 12 month warranty.
Does GOLDZENN sell solid gold jewelry?
GOLDZENN does offer a premium selection of Solid Gold chains and bracelets. We use Solid 10k, 14k & 18k Gold for these products as they are the most durable quality of Solid Gold and is the perfect color. Checkout our solid gold jewelry collection, maybe there's something that gets your attention.

Where are GOLDZENN chains produced?
Most GOLDZENN chains are crafted in Italy by expert jewelers who have perfected their craft throughout generations. Handmade Miami Cuban Links are handcrafted in Miami, FL by our expert jewelers which have been in the trait for over 20 years.
Do you offer custom orders?
Of course, creating unique pieces per your specifications is what we excel in, and being able to handle production closely results in top-notch quality and pricing.
How long does shipping usually take?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9:00am ET on a Friday will likely be shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Please note that there are also some ready to ship handmade chains available, so if you need your jewelry sooner, we encourage you to check if we have any available options in stock.
Handmade Miami Cuban Links that are made to order, once the order is placed, we'll begin making it from scratch. This process will take anywhere from 2 – 3 weeks depending on how many orders are in front of yours. Please contact us directly if your order has taken longer than that: 321-521-4651.
Can I expedite my shipping?

What is the GOLDZENN Return Policy?
At GOLDZENN, we strive to ensure our customers are always delighted. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The refund form is tiered by item price — cash refund, store credit, or exchange — and a 10% restocking fee applies to some cash-refund tiers. Handmade gold Cuban link chains (10K/14K yellow gold under $10,000) are exchange-only within the 14-day window. Custom and made-to-order pieces, watches, and sale-tagged items are final sale. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in a condition fit for resale.

How long is my Return / Exchange going to take?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return for us to process your refund or exchange. We allow exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 14 days of the delivery date. Only one exchange is permitted per order. Items that have been altered or engraved in any way are ineligible for an exchange. We aim to provide the best online jewelry shopping experience and commit to ensuring you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. We'll keep you updated and will send you an email once the process is complete.
How long does it take for my refund to process?
Once we've processed your return, you may be provided with a refund or a GOLDZENN store credit. If you're receiving a refund, please note that it might take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. If you opt for store credit, we will notify you once it's available for use.
How long does it take to return an item?
The return shipment duration primarily depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose for returning your item. Our aim is to process refunds within three days after receiving the returned item. However, it may take your bank or credit card company several days to process and post the refund into your account or onto your card.

What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
We offer a clear and concise cancellation policy for our customers:
Time Frame: Customers have a 12-hour window from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. If a tracking number is issued before we receive a cancellation request, or if the production stage has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Process: To cancel an order, promptly email us at contact@goldzenn.com with the subject line "Cancel Order # [your order number]". Alternatively, you can reach out to us at 321-521-4651 for immediate assistance.
Cancellation Fee: In the event that you wish to cancel your order after your payment has been processed, a nominal fee equivalent to 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee. This fee is instituted to offset the costs incurred during the initial order processing and the subsequent restocking of items.
Refund: Upon confirmation and approval of your cancellation, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method, minus the 5% cancellation fee. Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Special Cases: Custom orders and specific promotions might have distinct cancellation terms. Once custom orders enter the production phase, they are exempt from cancellation.

How does the GOLDZENN warranty work and what is covered?
Handmade GOLDZENN Cuban link chains and bracelets carry a limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty — up to two free repairs over the life of the piece (we cover the labor; added gold or replacement stones are billed at cost; you cover shipping both ways). All other pieces carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Custom and diamond-set pieces are assessed case-by-case, and repairs from normal wear are honored. Damage from misuse, abuse, or impact is not covered; resizing, polishing, and rhodium re-plating are maintenance services, quoted separately.
Gold bonded or gold plated items ordered after 5/1/2024 do not carry a warranty; items ordered before 5/1/2024 are honored under a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
