About this ring
Vivienne is a slim solitaire: claw prongs rise from a tulip-shaped basket under the pear center stone, with petal cutouts you see from the side. The thin, plain band tapers gently toward the head, keeping the look light.
A pear is round at one end and pointed at the other, usually worn with the point toward the fingertip, which makes the finger look longer. A 1 ct pear is about 8 x 5.5 mm; a 2 ct, about 10 x 6.7 mm.
On this thin tapered band, a 1 to 2 ct pear looks balanced; from 3 ct up, the stone becomes the whole look. Vivienne also comes in round, oval, emerald, princess, radiant and marquise.
- Center stone: pear lab-grown diamond, IGI-certified. Choose 1–5 ct (carat = center stone only).
- Quality: VS1 F–G, VVS1 F–G or VVS1 D.
- Metal: solid 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose.

Lay a ring she already wears on a ruler. Measure straight across the middle, from inside edge to inside edge, in millimeters.
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of her ring finger, snug but able to slide over the knuckle. Mark where it overlaps and measure to the mark in millimeters.
