2. What you receive
During your call, our automated phone assistant may offer to text you links about what you discussed, such as pieces, our store location and hours, or our policies. We send a text only after you say yes. Message frequency varies. No marketing texts are sent through this program, and we do not text you after the call.
3. How you opt in, step by step
- You call GOLDZENN and your call is answered by our automated AI phone assistant, which tells you the call is recorded.
- While you talk, the assistant may offer to text you a link about what you discussed. The first time it offers, it reads you the disclosure below.
- The assistant asks if you want the text. A text is sent only after you say yes (for example, "OK, send it over"). If you say no or don't answer, no text is sent.
- If the assistant offers another link later in the same call, it asks again, and sends it only after another yes.
- Your consent (your yes, with the date and time) is recorded with the call.
