GOLDZENN Warranty

Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty — Handmade Cuban Link Chains & Bracelets. Every handmade GOLDZENN Cuban link chain and bracelet is covered for life against issues from regular wear and tear, and includes up to two (2) free repairs over the life of the piece; each repair covers all work performed in a single service. GOLDZENN covers the repair labor; if a repair requires additional gold or replacement stones/diamonds, the material is billed at cost. The customer covers shipping both ways. Further repairs beyond the two included are available through our Miami workshop.

1-Year Limited Warranty — All Other Pieces. All other GOLDZENN jewelry is covered for one (1) year from delivery against manufacturing defects.

Custom & Diamond-Set Pieces. Custom designs and diamond-set pieces are covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects, and repairs from normal wear are honored. Each case is assessed by our workshop upon inspection.

Gold Bonded or Gold Plated Items. Items ordered after 5/1/2024 do not carry a warranty. Items ordered before 5/1/2024 are honored under a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.

Not covered (all pieces): damage from misuse, abuse, or impact (including stones dislodged by rough treatment); chemical exposure; scuffs; accidental mishaps or breakage; loss or theft; and any piece altered or repaired outside GOLDZENN’s workshop. Resizing, polishing, and rhodium re-plating are maintenance services, not warranty repairs, and are quoted separately.
