The Lifetime Warranty for handmade solid gold Cuban links by GOLDZENN specifically covers defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal wear conditions. It ensures that if any issues arise due to manufacturing flaws, GOLDZENN will repair the piece in accordance with the warranty terms. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear beyond the bounds of typical jewelry usage.

Gold Bonded Items Warranty Disclaimer:
Please note that as of April 1, 2024, GOLDZENN will no longer offer a warranty on gold bonded items that are on sale or clearance. This change reflects our shift in focus to providing the highest quality solid gold and gemstone pieces. Gold bonded items purchased before this date will be honored under the previous warranty terms. This warranty page does not apply to gold bonded items, and we will not restock these items in the future.
