How do I know if the jewelry I'm buying is real gold?

Our gold jewelry shows the type and grade of the gold used to make it. Only 14k, 18k, and 10k gold and fine silver (for silver jewelry) are used in our jewelry.

Is the jewelry certified?

Yes, all jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the kind and purity of gold or silver used, as well as weight and measurements. This certificate guarantees that the jewelry you're buying is real and may be used for insurance or resale.

Do you sell authentic watches?

Every watch we sell is genuine and comes with a 12 month warranty.

Does GOLDZENN sell solid gold jewelry?

Where are GOLDZENN chains produced?

Most GOLDZENN chains are crafted in Italy by expert jewelers who have perfected their craft throughout generations. Most Miami Cuban Link chains over 70 grams are handcrafted in Miami, FL by our expert jewelers which have been in the trait for over 20 years.

Do you offer custom orders?

Of course, creating unique pieces per your specifications is what we excel in, and being able to handle production closely results in top-notch quality and pricing.

Shipping

How long does shipping usually take?

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9:00am ET on a Friday will likely be shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 2-3 business days to be delivered.

Please note that there are also some ready to ship handmade chains available, so if you need your jewelry sooner, we encourage you to check if we have any available options in stock.

Miami Cuban Links over 70 grams are 100% made to order, once the order is placed, we’ll begin making it from scratch. This process will take anywhere from 2 – 3 weeks depending on how many orders are in front of yours. Please contact us directly if your order has taken longer than that. Can I expedite my shipping?

All domestic shipments include FREE Express Shipping. If you require quicker delivery, overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Contact us immediately via live chat or at contact@goldzenn.com if you need any assistance with expediting your shipment.

Returns / Refunds

What is the GOLDZENN Return Policy?

At GOLDZENN, we strive to ensure our customers are always delighted. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy.

 

Starting 10/18/2023, refunds will only be provided in the form of GOLDZENN store credit. For items returned within 7 days of delivery and priced under $300, customers can choose between a full refund, exchange, or GOLDZENN store credit. However, items priced $300 and above will only qualify for GOLDZENN store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in a condition fit for resale. Returns received beyond the 7-day window will not qualify for a return or exchange.

 

Please be mindful to initiate any return requests within 7 days from the day you receive your item.

Upon the approval of your return request, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on sending back your package. It's vital to note that we will not entertain items returned without a prior request.

How long is my Return / Exchange going to take?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return for us to process your refund or exchange. We allow exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 days of the delivery date. Only one exchange is permitted per order. Items that have been altered or engraved in any way are ineligible for an exchange. We aim to provide the best online jewelry shopping experience and commit to ensuring you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. We'll keep you updated and will send you an email once the process is complete.

How long does it take for my refund to process?

Once we've processed your return, you may be provided with a refund or a GOLDZENN store credit. If you're receiving a refund, please note that it might take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. If you opt for store credit, we will notify you once it's available for use.

How long does it take to return an item?

The return shipment duration primarily depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose for returning your item. As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Our aim is to process refunds within three days after receiving the returned item. However, it may take your bank or credit card company several days to process and post the refund into your account or onto your card.

GOLDZENN Order Cancellation Policy

At GOLDZENN, we understand that circumstances can change. To provide flexibility while maintaining our commitment to quality and timely production, we offer the following cancellation policy:

  • Customers have a 12-hour window from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. Within this window, orders can be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
  • If a tracking number has been provided before we receive a cancellation request, the order cannot be canceled. However, orders can be returned for GOLDZENN store credit upon receipt.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the production stage has started.
  • If a payment has already been captured by our payment processor, we are unable to process a cancellation.

How does the Lifetime Warranty work and what is covered?

GOLDZENN offers an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. 

1. Solid Gold Miami Cuban Link Chains and Bracelets:

  • Coverage: These are protected by our exclusive Lifetime Warranty.
  • Details: Should they face issues due to regular wear and tear, you can claim a one-time free repair. This warranty does not include damages from unintentional mishaps such as chemical exposure, scuffs, accidental breakages, or any lost/stolen items.

2. Gold Bonded or Gold Plated Items:

  • Coverage: These come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
  • Details: If they exhibit problems within this year under standard wear, you're eligible for a one-time free replacement. After the first year, they won't be covered. The warranty is voided for unintentional damages, items lost/stolen, or if any third-party attempts repair or alteration.

General Points:

  • Discontinued Items: If the item you wish to exchange isn't available, you can select another item of equal or lesser value for the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: While sending the item to us is at your expense, there's a subsequent shipping fee (between $20 and $69 USD) when we return repaired or replaced items, depending on their value.
  • Third-party Interactions: Any product that undergoes repairs or alterations by someone other than GOLDZENN will have its warranty voided.
